Southam RFC is looking for a passionate and motivated Women’s Sports Development Officer to help grow opportunities for women and girls in sport.

Support the development of women’s & girls’ rugby.
Help introduce fitness, social sport & wellbeing activities.
Build community partnerships and increase participation.
Champion inclusion, confidence and wellbeing through sport.
Help shape and build the role to create a lasting legacy for future generations.

This flexible voluntary role is ideal for someone who cares about creating inclusive sporting opportunities and strengthening community connections.
